Christmas Carolers At The Lion & The Rose

The winter holidays bring many visitors to Asheville, North Carolina.  Most come here to see the Biltmore Estate with its beautiful and elaborate Christmas decorations.  Those traveling from states to our South come hoping to see snow for the first time, or for the first time in many years.

Our unique and quirky city rarely disappoints anyone.  Only in Asheville would two groups of Christmas carolers come to your door and ask for nothing but the joy of singing for you...with the help of a little bourbon and toddy.

That's just what happened at our Asheville Bed & Breakfast on a Friday night in December - just before the darkest evening of the year.  What better way to get in the spirit of the season.
