Christmas Snow 2010Christmas Snow 2010

It doesn't happen often, but this year we had a beautiful snowfall on Christmas Day here in Asheville, North Carolina.  Many guests staying at our Bed & Breakfast had heard the forecast, but were skeptical.  Luckily they were not disappointed.

The wind blew a lot of the snow onto the porch.  The snow & wind continued into the evening and the next day.  Words or pictures can't describe the beauty of snow at night.

Cedric took his Santa out for a look at the storm, but quickly turned around and waited for his human to let him & Santa back inside.

On January 10th, 2011 more snow storms arrived in Asheville.  Check out this video of the latest snowfall at The Lion & the Rose Bed & Breakfast.
