The Craft Fair of the Southern Highlands is held at the Asheville, North Carolina Civic Center in July and October with exhibits from more than 200 artists filling two floors with fine handcrafted items. The fairs, a local tradition since 1948, showcase the work of members of the Southern Highland Craft Guild and also feature craft demonstrations and live regional music.
