A two-night minimum stay is required
on most week-ends and the month of October.
To confirm your reservation, a minimum deposit equal to one
night's stay is required. We accept: Visa, Master Card, American
Express, and Discover credit cards. Your credit card deposit
is processed at the time of booking
 Cancellations/Refunds
If notification of a cancellation is received at least 14
days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will
be refunded minus a $30 per room processing fee. There are no refunds
on cancellations with less than 14 days notice. Cancellations
made within 2 days of arrival will be charged the full amount
of the reservation. Early departure and partial cancellations
fall within this policy also.

Children over 12 are most welcome.
