Check-in time is between 3:00-5:00PM. If you plan to arrive after 5PM, please let us know in advance and we will set you up with self check-in.
Check-out time is by 11:00AM.
Breakfast is served in the main dining room at 9:00 AM.
Upon request, we can provide a to go breakfast bag for those who plan to head out early.
*Note: The Suite Mountain Romance package includes breakfast served on your private balcony or inside your room.
Yes, with advance notice we can accommodate dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free. Please let us know your dietary restrictions upon booking so we can plan accordingly.
We deliver a personal tray of fresh brewed coffee to your room every morning by 7:30AM. Just wake up and find it outside your door.
Booking direct here on our website or by phone will always get you the lowest available rate. We do offer rooms on third party providers; however, the rates on those sites will always be higher due to commissions, etc.
Yes, we are less than a mile from downtown Asheville. It is nice walk down historic Montford Avenue and into town.
Yes, we have 2 excellent restaurants within walking distance right on Montford Avenue. Nine Mile is a Jamaican restaurant only half a block away and Tall John's is an upscale tavern a couple blocks down the street.
We are about a mile away from the Harrah's Cherokee Center, The Grey Eagle, Salvage Station, and The Orange Peel. All of these venues are a great place to enjoy a concert. Feel free to ask us for more specific details about the venues.
Yes, we have a complimentary, lighted, off-street parking lot on the side of the inn just for our guests. We have one spot for each room.
Yes, all five of our rooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms.
Yes, our 2 most popular rooms both have a day bed. Marion Hall has a queen bed and a day bed. Craig Toms suite has a king bed and a day bed.
Our Craig Toms suite and our Marion Hall room both have gas fireplaces.
Yes, we do offer discounted Biltmore Estate tickets and have a special discount code just for our guests. Details will be emailed to you after your reservation has been confirmed.
Yes! If you are a previous guest that has stayed with us, we would love to see you again and we are happy to offer you a return guest discount.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept pets. However, we do allow service and comfort dogs. Keep an eye on our website as we are offering a few exceptional Bed & Biscuit dog friendly weeks again in 2024.
We offer a complimentary pint of our own home brew upon check-in to anyone who is interested 🙂 We usually have 2 beers on tap for you to choose from and are happy to pour you a pint as a welcome beer during check-in. And on Sunday mornings we offer a complimentary beermosa with breakfast.
