FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN CAN I CHECK IN?

Check-in time is between 3:00-5:00PM. If you plan to arrive after 5PM, please let us know in advance and we will set you up with self check-in.

WHEN DO I CHECK OUT?

Check-out time is by 11AM.

WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST?

Breakfast is served in the main dining room at 9 AM. You can sit at the main table in the dining room or if you prefer, you can sit at one of our outdoor tables.

Upon request, we can provide a to go breakfast bag for those who plan to head out early.

*Note: If you have booked the Suite Mountain Romance package, breakfast will be served on your balcony or inside your room.

DO YOU CATER TO SPECIAL DIETS?

Yes, with advance notice we can accommodate dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free. Please let us know your dietary restrictions upon booking so we can plan accordingly.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR LOWEST RATES?

Booking direct here on our website or by phone will get you the lowest available rate. We do offer rooms on third party providers however, the rates on those sites will always be higher due to commissions, etc.

IS DOWNTOWN ASHEVILLE WALKING DISTANCE?

Yes, we are less than a mile from downtown Asheville. It is nice walk down historic Montford Avenue and into town.

DO YOU HAVE ANY RESTAURANTS NEARBY?

Yes, we have 2 excellent restaurants within walking distance right on Montford Avenue. Nine Mile is a Jamaican restaurant only half a block away and Chiesa is an Italian restaurant a couple blocks down the street.

DO YOU HAVE COMPLIMENTARY PARKING?

Yes, we have a complimentary, lighted, off-street parking lot for our guests.

DO ALL ROOMS HAVE PRIVATE BATHROOMS?

Yes, all five of our rooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms.

DO YOU OFFER BILTMORE TICKETS?

Yes, we do offer discounted Biltmore Estate tickets and have a special discount code just for our guests. Details will be emailed to you after your reservation has been confirmed.

WE COME TO ASHEVILLE OFTEN. DO YOU OFFER A REPEAT GUEST DISCOUNT?

Yes! If you are a previous guest that has stayed with us, we would love to see you again and we are happy to offer you a return guest discount.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets. However, we do allow service and comfort dogs. Keep an eye on our website as we are offering a few exceptional dog friendly weekends in 2021. Our next Bed & Biscuit is scheduled for September 6-12, 2021.

WHEN DO YOU OFFER FREE BEER?

We offer a complimentary pint of our own home brew upon check-in to anyone who is interested 🙂 We usually have 2 beers on tap for you to choose from. And on Sunday mornings we offer a complimentary beermosa with breakfast.

WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING TO ENSURE SAFETY OF GUESTS DURING COVID?

Streamlined Check-In / Check-Out – Minimize contact with staff. Self check-in option available upon request. We ask that you leave keys in your room upon check-out.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols in Guest Rooms and Public Spaces – Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols with EPA-approved disinfectants are implemented in guest rooms. For guest and employee safety and well-being, daily housekeeping service will be by request only. Please contact us if you need anything during your stay.

Temporary Breakfast Offerings: While recognizing the importance of breakfast, offerings have been adapted to prioritize your health and safety, including: Separate outdoor breakfast seating available, A 'To Go’ breakfast bag available upon request.
